Guidelines & Terms of Engagement
Welcome to the i2 Amplify Community Forum. This space exists to support open, respectful discussion, shared learning, and constructive collaboration between members. By participating, you agree to follow the guidelines below. They are designed to help keep the forum welcoming, safe, and valuable for everyone.
Be respectful and professional
Treat all members with courtesy and respect. Healthy debate is encouraged, but personal attacks, harassment, or dismissive language are not acceptable. Remember that behind every post is a real person with their own experience and perspective.
Share responsibly
To protect individuals, organisations, and the wider community: Do not post personally identifiable information (PII) about yourself or others (for example: full names, personal contact details, addresses, or identifiable case details). Do not share confidential, sensitive, or operational information, including anything that could compromise safety, security, investigations, or organisational activities. If in doubt about whether something is appropriate to share, do not post it. This forum is a space for discussion and learning — not for operational disclosure.
Keep discussions relevant and constructive
Please keep posts aligned with the purpose of the community. Avoid spam, advertising, or excessive self promotion. Aim to contribute in a way that adds value, whether by asking thoughtful questions, sharing general insights, or offering constructive feedback.
Use appropriate language and content
Offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language is not permitted. Content must be lawful and suitable for a professional community environment. Respect differing viewpoints, even when you strongly disagree.
Moderation and content management
Moderators are here to support the health of the community. They may: Edit or remove content that breaches these guidelines; Contact members about concerning posts; Take further action where necessary, including restricting access in serious or repeated cases. All moderation decisions are made with the best interests of the community in mind. Feel free to contact us (amplify@i2group.com) if you have concerns about moderation. Discussing moderation actions in the community is not allowed, and such posts will be removed.
Raising concerns
IIf you see content or behaviour that you believe does not align with these guidelines: Please report it using the appropriate forum tools or contacting amplify@i2group.com. Avoid responding publicly in a way that could escalate the situation.
